I started in computer engineering — technology has always been where I come alive. But I left engineering for music, and spent 20 years as a professional musician and producer. That career taught me how to run a business, manage people, market, sell, and build systems that hold up under pressure.
In 2020, I founded Best Lesson Ever, a music education company in Texas with 13 staff members. I deployed AI across the entire operation. The studio does $400K+ in annual revenue, and I spend less than 5 hours a week on it.
